I provide a safe, supportive space where young people can work through anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. Using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches, including play therapy when appropriate, I partner with caregivers to help children and youth build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills.

If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident, the emotional impact can last long after the physical injuries begin to heal. Many people experience anxiety, fear of driving, intrusive memories, sleep difficulties, grief, or changes in mood following a collision.
ICBC-funded counselling provides early support to help you process what you’ve been through, reduce distress, and regain confidence in your daily life. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, using evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs.
You can access a number of pre-approved counselling sessions through ICBC without needing a doctor’s referral if the accident occurred less than 12 weeks ago, allowing you to begin support sooner.

A Hear the Child Interview provides children with a safe, developmentally appropriate opportunity to share their views, preferences, and experiences during family law matters. As a trained Hear the Child interviewer, I conduct child-focused interviews and prepare clear, impartial reports that communicate the child’s voice without making parenting recommendations or custody decisions. The process is respectful, neutral, and centered on supporting the child’s right to be heard.
