Health Care Professional Counselling

Caring for others can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be emotionally demanding. Long hours, high expectations, difficult clinical decisions, compassion fatigue, and the pressure to keep going can take a significant toll on your own well-being.

Therapy provides a confidential space where you can step out of your professional role and focus on yourself.

My Approach

Before becoming a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I spent over a decade working as a pharmacist in both hospital and community healthcare, giving me firsthand insight into the realities of healthcare practice. I understand the unique pressures of working in helping professions and the challenges of balancing professional responsibility with personal well-being.

My approach is warm, practical, and evidence-based, helping you process difficult experiences while building sustainable strategies for long-term resilience.
