Women’s Counselling

Women often carry a tremendous amount…balancing careers, relationships, parenting, caregiving, and the expectations they place on themselves.

At times, it can become difficult to know whether you’re simply overwhelmed or if something deeper is contributing to how you’re feeling.

Counselling offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and receive support without judgment.

My Approach

I provide compassionate, evidence-based counselling tailored to the unique experiences of women across all stages of life.

Together, we’ll explore the emotional, relational, and environmental factors affecting your well-being while recognizing that mental health doesn’t exist in isolation.

I have a focused interest in women’s health, including the emotional impact of perimenopause, hormonal changes, burnout, and the connection between physical and mental health.

When appropriate, I can also help you navigate conversations with your healthcare team and support collaborative care.
